ANÖMALY CMA-01 notify list

If you leave your email in the "Notify me" form, only that email address is processed. The purpose is to send you an update when there is news about ANÖMALY CMA-01. It is used for nothing else.

The form is processed through Netlify Forms. Your email is recorded with no automatic confirmation; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to hola@lemolabs.studio.

Legal basis: your explicit consent when checking the form checkbox.

Other communications

If you write directly by email, the data you include in your message, such as name, email address and the content of your query, is processed to handle the request or continue the professional communication you started.

Retention

Notify-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or the list no longer serves its purpose. Email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and afterwards for the periods required by applicable law.

Recipients and providers

Personal data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Providing the service involves web hosting, form processing and domain providers. Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by data protection law apply.

Rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing hola@lemolabs.studio, stating the right you wish to exercise. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Analytics

This site uses Netlify Web Analytics to understand visit trends, general origin and pages viewed. Measurement comes from Netlify's delivery network logs and is reviewed in aggregate. It does not add tracking code to your browser or use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, so it does not require a consent choice.
